Refund policy
All sales are final. All deck orders, including preorders, are also nonrefundable. Please refer to the sizing information on apparel items and feel free to use the contact form to reach out if you have questions before purchasing.
If your product arrives damaged we will do our best to make it right. Please send a clear photo to: mariinthesky@protonmail.com
If your order is delayed or missing please contact us. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping times due to many factors outside our control. We want you to be happy and so we will always do our best to accommodate your requests and will replace orders that have gone missing in the mail.
Please use your correct address. Orders are processed immediately and address changes are not possible. We are not responsible for misplaced packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Customers will be asked to cover additional shipping charges if items need to be reshipped.
Please be aware of any additional taxes or customs fees for your shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover these fees. If your order is returned to the sender, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs to have the item reshipped.
