All sales are final. All orders, including preorders, are nonrefundable and not eligible for exchange. Please refer to the sizing information on apparel items and feel free to use the contact form to reach out if you have questions before purchasing.

If your product arrives damaged we will do our best to make it right. Please send a clear photo to: mariinthesky@protonmail.com

If your order is delayed or missing please contact us. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping times due to many factors outside our control. We want you to be happy and so we will always do our best to accommodate your requests and replace orders that have been lost by carriers. 

Please use your correct address! Orders are processed immediately and address changes are not possible. We are not responsible for misplaced packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Customers will be asked to cover additional shipping charges if items need to be reshipped.

Please be aware of any taxes or customs fees charged by your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover these fees. If an order is returned to us, the customer will be asked to cover the cost of reshipping.

Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesale is available both domestically and international. Please use the contact form or send an email to mariinthesky@protonmail.com to be added to our wholesale list. We prefer that you order directly through us, but if you prefer to order through Faire we kindly ask that you use our Faire Direct link. 

All Pocket and Linen Edition decks now come with physical booklets. Due to technical difficulties we have decided to phased QR codes. If you already purchased a deck and have lost access to the PDF, please email us at mariinthesky@protonmail.com or use the contact form on our website and we will send you a direct link. 

What is the difference between the First Edition and the upcoming Seed Edition?

The Seed Edition has undergone extensive art updates, some cards with minor changes and a few with totally reillustrated cards. Suites are color themed within the art with white borders instead of color-coded borders. The Seed Edition comes in two finishes, a NEW 330gsm black core and a traditional Gentle Tarot 350gsm art paper anti-scratch matte lamination. Both box sets come with a small physical guidebook. You can watch a video about it here!

Where can I find the Full-Size Guidebook?

After selling 8,000 copies worldwide, the Gentle Tarot First Edition Guidebook is out of print! The Second Edition Guidebook, funded through Kickstarter, will be released around August 2026. While the art in the Second Edition matches the new Gentle Tarot Seed Edition, the guidebook is meant to be used with all editions of the Gentle Tarot. 

What is the difference between the Linen Edition and the Pocket Edition?

Both decks are smaller than the First Edition. The Pocket Edition is smaller than the Linen Edition, 300gsm card stock with a matte finish, and comes with gilded edges like the First Edition. It comes in a custom-made tin box with a sliding lid and a surprise sticker sheet.

The Linen Edition is 300gsm with a linen finish, which makes the cards feel thinner than the Pocket Edition. The cards are shorter (70mm x 105mm) than the First Edition, making for easier riffle shuffling. It comes in a sturdy tuck box. There is no gilding on the cards and no sticker sheet inside.
