All sales are final. All deck orders, including pre-orders, are also non-refundable. 

Many items are made-to-order and cannot be restocked.

Correct Address Necessary

Please use your correct address! Often times orders are processed for shipment very quickly and address changes are not possible. Make sure to double check your information. We are not responsible for misplaced packages due to this kind of error. Customer will be asked to cover additional shipping charges if items need to be reshipped.

Customs fees

Please be aware of any additional taxes or customs fees for your shipment. It is the customers responsibility to cover these fees. If your order is returned to sender, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs to have the item reshipped.
